Subject	Green with red strip wire on light switch?

Message	So i have been trying to figure out why my low beams/parking/gauge/ an tail lights wont come on. My high beams will stay on the whole time. Well i think i may have found the one wire that keeps blowing the illumination fuse. It is the green with red strip one, so i cut the wire an the fuse will not blow now, but i am having some trouble finding the path of this one wire. where should i be looking for the possible short? Also i have one wire i dont know where it goes. It is on the back of the gauges and it is the blue an black wire. Does any one know where that wire goes? maybe its my problem the while time. if i had a manuel id maybe get somewhere with this problem but i dont and the online manuel is a little fuzzy. please help!
